This itinerary is starts and ends in Myanmar. Myanmar (originally known as the Union of Burma), is the largest country in South East Asia that is not an island, partly considered as South Asian. It is bordered by China on the north, Laos on the east, Thailand on the southeast, Bangladesh on the west, and the India on the northwest, with the Andaman Sea to the south, and the Bay of Bengal to the southwest. Because of this Myanmar is a union of over 100 nationalities with their own dialects and traditions.


Day 1 – Yangon – Arrival Day – Welcome to Myanmar. Upon arrival in Yangon International Airport meet with our local representative in the airport. We will transfer to your hotel in Yangon. The rest of the day is yours to explore this city. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 2 – Yangon – Bagan – (Breakfast included) – Start our sightseeing excursion around the Bagan Archaeological Zone World Heritage Area. A comprehensive exploration of Bagan includes Nyaung Oo market; Shwezigon Pagoda, the prototype of later Myanmar stupas; Kyansittha Umin; Wet-kyi-inn Gubyaukgyi Temple with exquisite mural painting of 13th century and Htilominlo Temple. In the afternoon, after a visit to lacquer ware workshops; Manuha Temple which built by exile King Manuha; Nanphaya, said to have been the residence of King Manuha; Ananda Temple, architectural masterpiece and Oak-Kyaung monastery decorated with multi colour mural paintings. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 3 – Bagan – Heho – Inle Lake(Breakfast included)After breakfast, we will depart from the hotel for your domestic flight to Heho on the Shan plateau. Upon arrival, transfer by road to Inle Lake and by long-tail boat out across the late to our Hotel right on the lake. Overnight in Inle Lake.

Day 4 – Inle Lake – Heho – Yangon – (Breakfast included)After breakfast at the hotel, visit the floating market which is a 5 day rotation market most fascinating to watch the daily life of the minorities and their activities. Then we continue our excursion by motorized boat to Indein pagoda complex, in the south-west of the lake. The boat leaves the lake and enters a narrow canal with a beautiful natural environment to continue to a small Pa O tribe village, follow an old covered path to a 13th century monastery and the very impressive ruins of hundreds of ancient pagodas, some hidden in the vegetation.After lunch, transfer to Heho airport for return flight to Yangon. The rest of the day is yours to explore this city. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 5 – Yangon City Tour – End of the Tour(Breakfast included)
We will visit the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda of Rudyard Kipling fame and one of Myanmars most sacred places. The massive bell shaped stupa is plated with gold and the tip of the stupa is set with diamonds and rubies, sapphires and topaz – a stunning sight as the sun sets and a most fitting place to begin our trip in this Golden Land. Continue by car to Karaweik, views of Schwedagon Pagoda. Continue by car to visit Chaukhtutgyi, a hue reclining Buddha image. After lunch, visit the Bogyoke Aung San Market (Scott Market) for souvenir shopping. At the end of the tour, regarding your flight departure time, we will arrange your transfer to Yangon International Airport for your international flight back home.
