Itinerary

DAY 1 - ZAGREB (Arrival)

Arrival to Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, a beautiful cosmopolitan city with a rich history dating from Roman times. Zagreb has more museums than any other city in the world! For centuries it has been a focal point of culture and science and now of commerce and industry. Located in the northwest of the country, on the southern slopes of the Medvednica mountain range and along the Sava River. Private transfer to your hotel. After a long trip, hotel amenities will help you to relax and rejuvenate. Upon arrival in Zagreb rent a car pickup.

DAY 2 - Zagreb

In the morning proceed to Zagreb sightseeing. Your day will start with magnificent cup of coffee in the oldest coffee shop in Zagreb situated on the main square overlooking the statue of Ban Jelacic. Croatians are very sensitive about the coffee and coffee drinking in local coffee shops and it is part of the culture. After morning relaxation you will continue your tour with your local guide and start exploring Zagreb. Walking is one of the best ways to explore all of Zagreb’s picturesque historical sites, hidden alleys & lanes and especially the main square in the city. The Centre of Zagreb is divided into two parts: Gornji Grad (Upper Town) and Donji Grad (Lower Town). Because of its historical structures, churches and religious monuments, Gornji Grad has great historic value attached to it and is literally a tourist’s paradise. Donji Grad, on the other hand, mostly contains shops, cafes, museums, and parks. You will visit numerous of parks, Ban Jelacic Square, Zagreb Cathedral, Dolac Market, and St Mark’s Church, Stone Gate, Zagreb Eye and many other monuments.
On this tour you will also taste Štrukli. Štrukli is a popular traditional Croatian dish served in households across Hrvatsko Zagorje and Zagreb regions in the north of the country, composed of dough and various types of filling which can be either cooked or baked.

DAY 03 - SPLIT (National Park Plitvice Lakes)

In the morning proceed to National Park Plitvice Lakes sightseeing. Join us on our most popular day trip to National Park Plitvice Lakes. Discover why million people every year visit this pearl of world's natural heritage that is on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1979. Experience a unique blend of continental and maritime Croatia.
The beauty of the National Par lies in its sixteen lakes, inter-connected by a series of waterfalls, and set in deep woodland populated by deer, bears, wolves, boars and rare bird species. Take a walk with our local guide through this heaven on earth and enjoy scenery of beautiful waterfalls and untouched nature. And don’t forget to make a wish under the largest waterfall as it is supposedly making your wishes come true.
After sightseeing continue to Split.

DAY 04 - SPLIT - TROGIR - SPLIT

In the morning proceed to Split sightseeing. Our journey through ancient history starts with the fact that the Roman emperor Diocletian was born in nearby important Illyrian center and the capital of the Roman province of Dalmatia - Salona. He ordered to build one of today’s most preserved palaces of that time in the nearby town Split. With a professional city guide we are continuing our journey and sightseeing the 1700 year old Diocletian`s palace in Split, UNESCO protected site, imagining how the life of Diocletian was like, within the walls of the palace. During the tour we will stop by to see the Cathedral of St Duje, one of the most beautiful cultural wonders on the Adriatic coast but also the ancient cellars, Peristyle in center of the palace, Roman temples the famous Golden Gate and the big statue of Grgur Ninski. On this walking tour you will get to know Split and its history in an interesting way.
After Split departure to Trogir, a very colorful city with a historic past and city under UNESCO protection. Trogir is a “city-museum” in every sense of the word. More than 2300 years in existence, the city provides lovers of cultural and historical monuments, art, original architecture and cozy alleyway streets and unforgettable setting. The old core of Trogir is an island surrounded by city walls which has been influenced by the Romans, Greeks and Venetians. Explore the city with the local guide.

DAY 05 - Vis Island - Biševo Island - Stiniva Beach - Budikovac Island - Pakleni Islands

Our "Vis Island, Caves and Pakleni Islands" sea tour offers you an island-hopping adventure you will never forget. We will enter Green Cave by boat so don't miss the opportunity to capture some memories. Cave's walls and water inside shimmer and sparkle in all possible shades of green. It is a one-of-a-kind scene you don't want to miss. Swimming in Green Cave is for sure a memory you will treasure for the rest of your life.
The next stop of our excursion is Blue Cave, located on Biševo Island. Biševo Island is our first stop where you will be able to refresh yourself. Spoiling yourself with local homemade wines is a must-do. If you loved Green Cave wait to see how amazed you will be with Blue Cave. The local guide takes you into Blue Cave with a small boat. There is the second entrance under the sea level where sunlight gets in reflecting through the water. This creates dazzling blue effect all over the Cave.
Before we reach the third stop of our daily tour – Stiniva beach, we will cruise the southern coast of Vis island where you will enjoy the spectacular view of color-drenched cliffs and lagoons. With its great location far away from busier beaches, crystal clear water and breathtaking cliff backdrop this secluded pebble beach proved to be Croatian seaside paradise. Budikovac Island is our last stop before lunch break. This is a gorgeous lagoon with crystal clear waters and pebbly beaches.

After visiting Budikovac Island we will be heading to Pakleni Islands. Here you will have free time for lunch. At the end of our sea tour you will be blown away with beautiful Hvar island.

DAY 06 - Dubrovnik

In the morning embark on the public catamaran/ferry to Dubrovnik. Welcome to the Pearl of Adriatic. Dubrovnik lies in the extreme south of Croatia, basking in glorious Mediterranean sunshine for much of the year. A fairytale fortress of beautiful Baroque, Gothic and Renaissance churches, aristocratic palaces, red-roofed townhouses, magnificent monasteries and fascinating history, it is almost impossible to feel anything but uplifted and inspired here.

DAY 07 - Dubrovnik

In the morning proceed to Dubrovnik sightseeing.
Explore the wonders of Dubrovnik’s Old City Centre, a UNESCO heritage site and one of the most important living historical monuments in this part of Europe. Your expert guide will take you around this magical medieval town full of legends and give you a glimpse of the incredible history that makes Dubrovnik such a unique city. Explore Dubrovnik City Walls and enjoy a unique view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik including its narrow streets and small squares.
For those wanting to truly experience the best of Dubrovnik, this tour combines two enjoyable walks. The first walk takes you through Dubrovnik’s beautiful Old Town, where you can discover how the city became one of the most prosperous and advanced of all the historic maritime republics. As you step through the gates of Dubrovnik’s old city walls, you will be taking a step back in time, losing yourself in the grandeur and beauty of this culturally influential city. Slowly walk around the walls, getting magnificent views of the Old Town and the shimmering blue Adriatic Sea.
